JobDescription:

Assistsinprovidingin-depthbusinessanalysisandreplenishmentactivityinselectcategoriestohelpachievetheCompanygoalsacrossallbrands.


PrimaryResponsibilities:

  • Demand Planning: Reviews sales trends, reviews and vets forecast data, and adjusts demand forecast as needed
  • Analyzesdemandbycustomerchannelandbrand.
  • Workswiththemanageridentify/supportareasofassortmentopportunitiesforallchannelsandallbrands.
  • Developsknowledgeofproductsandtrendsacrossallbrands.
  • ResponsiblefordemandplanningandreplenishmentofselectPorts/CountriesofOrigin.
  • MonitorsandprovidesguidancetoEcommerceandKeyAccountoninventoryreservations.
  • AssistsinupdatingandunderstandingimpactofadjustingsalesandreceiptsmaintainedviatheOpenToBuy.
  • Assistsinidentifyingareasofpromotionalopportunity/longinventory.


DailyTasks:

  • Reviewshistoricalsalestrends,preparesforecastfordemandplanningandreplenishment.
  • Reviews top items and program items for in stock position of inventory and partners with Procurement Specialists to issue Pos and monitor on time shipment.
  • Assistsinmaintainingandupdatingforecastingtoolsandreports.
  • Reviewsandvalidatesreorderquantityonaregularcadenceforselectportsand/orcategories.
  • Reviews weekly out of stocks and prioritizes top items to ship for all vendors, and notes weekly ship dates at item level.
  • Maintainshealthyinstocklevelsonallactiveandkeyitems.
  • AssistsinKeyAccountandCustomerServiceOutofStockrequests.
  • Assistsupdatingproductstatusesandendoflifeinventorymaintenance.


Knowledge,Skills,AbilitiesRequired:

Education:BachelorsdegreeinMarketing/Businessorsimilar.

Experience:Knowledgeandexperiencewithretailandimportbuying/planning.

Minimum 2-5 years experience in merchandising, inventory management, or purchasing equivalent.
