About The Brella Co

The Brella Co is a modern umbrella holding company built around one idea: the American Dream made simple. We build, franchise, and acquire home service brands, giving entrepreneurs, operators, and business owners the systems, support, and structure they need to launch confidently, scale strategically, and grow with intention.

Our portfolio includes Well Done Building & Design, Popsicle Air, and Cadence Real Estate. We move fast, think big, and operate with precision, backed by more than 20 years of experience across home services, marketing, and business operations.

This is not a traditional corporate environment. We are builders of homes, brands, systems, and people. We value ownership, clear thinking, strong creative execution, and the ability to connect great ideas to real business results.

Position Overview

The Head of Brand & Creative Strategy will own brand direction, creative production, marketing performance, and campaign strategy across The Brella Co and its subsidiaries.

This person will serve as the bridge between imagination and impact. The role requires someone who can produce excellent creative work, understand the numbers behind that work, and collaborate directly with the CEO and Executive Operations Director as a strategic partner.

This role supports multiple brands under The Brella Co umbrella, bringing visual consistency, marketing intelligence, and campaign thinking to each company while respecting each brand's distinct voice.

Responsibilities

Creative Production

  • Own and evolve the brand identity for The Brella Co and its subsidiaries
  • Develop marketing assets across digital, print, social, and video channels
  • Lead campaign concepting from brief through execution
  • Manage outside vendors, freelancers, and creative contractors
  • Maintain visual consistency across all Brella Co companies
  • Ensure creative work supports brand standards, campaign goals, and business priorities

Performance and Analytics

  • Track and report on campaign ROI, channel performance, and content effectiveness
  • Own and maintain a marketing dashboard that shows what is working and what needs improvement
  • Monitor key growth metrics, including customer acquisition cost, engagement, attribution, and conversion
  • Manage the marketing budget and report spend against outcomes
  • Run and evaluate A/B tests across ads, emails, landing pages, and other campaign assets
  • Use performance insights to improve future creative decisions

Strategic Collaboration

  • Report directly to the CEO and serve as a key creative voice in leadership discussions
  • Work closely with the Executive Operations Director on planning, prioritization, and execution
  • Participate in quarterly planning with cross-functional leadership
  • Bring brand and marketing perspective to operational and growth discussions
  • Align creative output with business objectives across all subsidiaries
  • Scope and resource creative initiatives in partnership with leadership

Team Leadership

  • Hire, develop, and lead a small creative team of 1 to 3 people
  • Set clear creative direction and maintain a high standard for quality
  • Build workflows and processes that allow the creative function to scale with the company
  • Provide direction to internal team members, vendors, freelancers, and contractors

Qualifications
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong creative work across brand, digital, and campaign projects
  • Ability to read performance dashboards and use data to make better creative decisions
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, GA4 or equivalent analytics platforms, paid media fundamentals, and content or social strategy
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect creative decisions to business goals
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to present ideas to leadership
  • Experience managing a small team, freelancers, vendors, or creative contractors
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Self-directed working style with strong ownership and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in home services, construction, real estate, or a related industry
  • Experience supporting multiple brands, business units, or locations
  • Strong understanding of campaign planning, creative testing, and marketing performance
Compensation and Benefits
  • $100,000 base salary
  • Performance-based incentives tied to company and campaign milestones
  • Flexible hybrid work style
  • Opportunity to grow with the company as the portfolio expands
  • Leadership visibility and direct collaboration with executive leadership
  • Opportunity to influence brand direction across multiple growing companies
Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Flexible hybrid schedule
  • In-house or hybrid availability preferred
