No two days are exactly the same. From filming at our schools and residential programs, photographing community events, and producing social media reels to creating recruitment campaigns and marketing new services, you'll help tell the stories that connect people to Elwyn's mission.
Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, Marketing Communications Business Partners, and colleagues across the organization, you'll collaborate to produce engaging multimedia content that informs, inspires, and connects with a variety of audiences. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with approximately five years of multimedia production experience who enjoys meeting new people, learning about different programs, uncovering meaningful stories, and producing high-quality work from concept through completion.
This position independently develops creative concepts, visual storytelling approaches, and multimedia content strategies that require originality, artistic talent, and creative judgment. The incumbent exercises substantial discretion in determining creative direction, visual style, messaging, storytelling techniques, and content presentation consistent with organizational objectives and brand standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Video Production & Brand Storytelling (45%)
  • Serve as the Marketing & Communications team's lead multimedia producer for video content.
  • Independently conceptualize, script, direct, film, edit, and produce original multimedia content for internal and external audiences.
  • Create compelling brand stories that showcase the people we support, employees, families, donors, partners, and the impact of Elwyn's mission.
  • Determine creative approaches, visual narratives, production techniques, and storytelling methods that effectively communicate organizational objectives.
  • Produce brand storytelling, recruitment campaigns, employee spotlights, service line marketing videos, social media reels, event recap videos, donor impact stories, educational videos, leadership messages, and community outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications Business Partners on video projects from concept development and scripting through filming, editing, stakeholder review, and final delivery.
  • Exercise independent creative judgment in translating communication goals into original visual content and multimedia experiences.
  • Capture interviews, B-roll, and supporting footage.
  • Optimize video content for social media, websites, presentations, digital advertising, email marketing, and internal communications.
  • Maintain and organize Elwyn's digital video asset library.
  • Photography (15%)
  • Capture images of employees, individuals supported, leadership, community events, fundraising activities, and organizational initiatives.
  • Produce authentic imagery reflecting Elwyn's mission and brand.
  • Edit, organize, and maintain a searchable digital photography library.
  • Graphic Design & Creative Content (30%)
  • Design social media graphics, digital advertisements, event materials, presentations, email graphics, infographics, brochures, and flyers.
  • Create original visual designs, branding elements, motion graphics, and multimedia assets requiring artistic talent, imagination, and creative interpretation.
  • Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and other visual elements.
  • Ensure all creative work reflects Elwyn's brand standards, visual identity, and accessibility best practices.
  • Collaboration & Creative Strategy (10%)
  • Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager and Marketing Communications Business Partners on creative solutions.
  • Meet with leaders and program teams to identify compelling stories.
  • Contribute creative ideas during project planning and brainstorming sessions.
  • Lead development of creative concepts and recommend innovative approaches for visual storytelling, audience engagement, and content delivery.

  • Coordinate video shoots, photography sessions, and production schedules.
  • Stay current on multimedia trends and emerging creative technologies.
  • Support additional Marketing & Communications initiatives and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film, Multimedia Production, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional multimedia content creation experience in an in-house marketing, communications, agency, nonprofit, healthcare, higher education, or corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience creating original multimedia content requiring artistic talent, creativity, visual storytelling expertise, and independent creative decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience producing high-quality video, photography, graphic design, and digital content.
