What You'll Do
  • Concept, design, and lay out impactful print ads, brochures, multi-page books, and long-form publications.
  • Iterate and execute dynamic digital display tactics, including banner ads, social post graphics, and web assets, utilizing established design systems and libraries.
  • Create large-scale out-of-home (OOH) graphics, elevator wraps, and event signage that capture attention.
  • Interpret new brand guidelines quickly and execute assets in bulk to support the ongoing rebrand rollout with precision and speed.
  • Partner smoothly across teams, navigating multi-layered corporate review processes with patience, grace, and flexibility to ensure visual excellence and brand consistency.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating elevated design fundamentals, exceptional layout skills, and the proven ability to work within institutional, Fortune-level brand guidelines.
  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Working knowledge of Figma to effectively collaborate on digital assets and UI layouts.
  • A resilient, "roll with the punches" attitude, possessing the humility, enthusiasm, and patience required to thrive in a corporate environment with extensive review layers.

What Will Set You Apart

  • High-level photo editing skills or experience leveraging Generative AI tools within your creative workflow (especially for visualizing physical objects).
  • Prior experience in financial services or corporate institutional environments (though not required-training will be provided!).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $42 hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
