Job description

Description
Supervise direct support professionals in ensuring the safety and well being of consumers in assigned facilities. Responsible for the efficient and cost-effective operation of assigned facilities.
  1. Provides direct supervision to CRCF Residence Supervisors.
  2. Responsible for the smooth and effective operation of CRCF Facilities.
  3. Ensure that the homes are operated within the guidelines of applicable 61-84 regulations.
  4. Perform observations at traditional and nontraditional working hours to ensure meaningful

activities and services are occurring, and that care provided is commiserate with the high
standards
  1. Perform monthly monitorship of program plans and implementation to ensure adequate progress is being made, and revise plans if necessary.
  2. Ensure that Called Team Meetings are performed in a timely manner as needed.
  3. Be a liaison, in addition to Service Coordinator, to consumer families and guardians.

  2. Perform weekly management meetings with Residence Managers and attends program-wide meetings.
  3. Monitor program budgets.

  5. Reviews purchase orders before being submitted to the Director of Operations.
  6. Keeps CRCF Administrator license current, and attends professional development classes as necessary.
  7. Formulates plan of corrections in response to any regulatory deficiencies.
  8. Works with Residence Managers to provide training to direct support staff as necessary.
  9. Provide review of consumer personal accounts at least quarterly.
  10. Ensure all employee performance evaluations are completed in a timely manner.
  11. Approve and review petty cash expenditures and replenishment.
  12. Review medications orders at least monthly.
  13. Follow safety rules and procedures.
  14. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to work independently and make independent decisions; possesses excellent writing skills; ability to deal tactfully with others and treat individuals in services with dignity and respect.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Human Services or related field.
Experience: Three years experience working with persons with developmental or related disabilities
Certificate/License: Current CRCF Administrator License
Other: Valid SC Driver's License
