General Description:
The Recruitment Coordinator will lead the organizationโs efforts to attract high-quality candidates to our residency and fellowship programs and to our pipeline initiatives. This role focuses on proactive candidate engagement, strategic outreach, and logistics for all recruitment events. The coordinator will serve as the primary face of the organization at external events, manage our digital recruitment presence, and provide regular updates to leadership on the recruitment funnel.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written).
Proactive relationship-building skills with external stakeholders.
Strong ability to manage multi-channel content (web, social, email).
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle hard deadlines and conflicting priorities.
Comfortable presenting data to leadership.
Willingness to travel to multiple locations per week as part of the student engagement process.
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record with at least two years of professional medical administration or a high school diploma, coupled with three to five years of relevant experience.
