Sales Territory Manager
Mission-Driven CPG Startup
Dallas, TX Metro Area - Hybrid
Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 per year base + potential for annual bonus based on performance
Terrific Sales Territory Manager position with a CPG startup focused on natural products that support brain health. This role will operate on a hybrid schedule and must be based in the Dallas, TX metro area.
The Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for managing distributor relationships and driving product sales within the region of Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead relationship building, sales, and distributor partnerships
  • Collaborate with sales brokers on business planning for natural and independent markets
  • Create and execute effective business strategies for key accounts and regional chains
  • Manage relationships at the distributor level
  • Identify and secure new accounts
  • Track metrics and reporting across various portals
  • Travel as needed within the region
Qualifications:
  • Approximately 10+ years of relevant CPG sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Category expertise in beverages, supplements, vitamins, and brain health products
  • Demonstrated track record of success managing key accounts and buyers in the natural space
