The major end result of this position is to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support. Counter Sales representatives are also responsible for maintaining an organized and inviting sales environment, which contributes to the overall success of the business. Ultimately, this role plays a crucial part in building long-term customer relationships and fostering brand loyalty.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail sales or counter sales in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale system.
