Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the sales counter and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Supervise, train, coach, and schedule counter sales associates
- Prepare accurate quotes, process sales orders, returns, and special orders
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment and product availability
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Work closely with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts and sales growth
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer retention
