Parts Counter Person – Voyles CDJR of Birmingham | Birmingham, AL

Voyles CDJR of Birmingham is looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team. If you know your way around an auto parts department and enjoy helping both customers and technicians get what they need to get the job done, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts in identifying and sourcing the correct parts. Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with stocking and organizing the parts department. Look up parts using electronic parts catalogs and dealer management systems. Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability for vehicle repairs. Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.

What We're Looking For

Prior experience working in an automotive parts department, preferably at a dealership. Familiarity with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram parts is a strong plus. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar dealer management systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering a great customer experience.
