Description

Saar's Super Saver Foods is a successful independent grocery store chain in the state of Washington. Saar’s has eight area locations. We are a value-based retailer who specializes in ethnic food offerings. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented person-in-charge.

Duties

·Ensures the grocery department is fully stocked, faced, and rotated.

·Inspect perishable departments and coordinate efforts to resolve any issues that are found

·Ensure that customers transactions are being processed in a timely manner

·Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient

·Support cashiers by resolving cash register problems, customer service issues & support cashiers with cash handling support

·Work closely with Store Director and Assistant Store Director to execute their merchandising and customer service strategies

·Communicate the nightly work plan to the night stocking crew

Qualifications

·Must be at least 18 years of age

·Minimum one year experience in retail management

·Cash handling experience

·Ability to lift 30 pounds

·Excellent verbal communication skills

·Excellent customer service skills

·Ability to work in multiple store locations
