Job description

Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, reliable Front Counter Team Member to be the face of our store. This role is responsible for taking orders, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service while keeping the front area organized and running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm and efficient during busy rushes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
  • Take accurate food orders in person and over the phone
  • Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
  • Package food orders correctly for dine-in, takeout, and delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness of front counter, dining area, and beverage station
  • Restock items such as drinks, bags, condiments, and utensils
