As a key part of our parts department, you'll:

• Own the parts sales process from start to finish with confidence and professionalism

• Work directly with customers and our service team, becoming their trusted go-to parts expert

• Provide fast, accurate price quotes and information over the phone or in-person

• Use parts catalogs and tech tools to find exactly what our customers need

• Review body shop estimates to ensure all parts are accurate and priced correctly

• Maintain organized, accurate stock through weekly bin checks and smart ordering

• Source and order out-of-stock items quickly to keep things moving

• Handle billing, payments, and credit authorizations smoothly and efficiently
