About the Role


EPIQ Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is committed to safe, reliable, and high-performing delivery operations. We are hiring an experienced Amazon DSP Dispatcher who is familiar with Amazon delivery platforms, driver support, and daily dispatch coordination.


Position Overview


The DSP Dispatcher helps manage the flow of daily delivery operations by ensuring routes are launched efficiently, drivers are supported throughout the day, and performance goals are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership, quick problem-solving, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.


Key Duties


Oversee daily dispatch activities and route launches
Monitor driver activity and route progress using Cortex
Assist drivers in real time with rescues, route changes, and troubleshooting
Track important delivery metrics, including DCR, POD, EOC, safety, and on-time dispatch
Organize rescue plans and adjust routes when needed
Communicate with Amazon OTR leadership
Maintain compliance with company and Amazon policies
Help coach drivers and support performance improvement


Qualifications


Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required
Knowledge of Amazon Flex, Cortex, and delivery performance metrics
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-moving environment
Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Flexible availability, including weekends
Comfortable with computers and tracking data
