Grade: 280
Salary: $37.01/hour
Job Duties:
  • Responsible for assisting Managers, Administrators and Command Staff by coordinating policy development; researching and recommending revisions to the corrections, policies, and procedures; integrating professional correctional practices as recommended by national accrediting agencies.
  • Work includes serving as Project Manager for the acquisition and maintenance of accreditation and serving as Department liaison to accrediting agencies
  • Directly supervises the Physical Security and Safety Administrator.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, in one of the Behavioral Sciences, Correctional, Police or Public Administration.
  • Five years of experience in a correctional facility.
  • Must possess/maintain an active telephone in his/her residence.
  • Must submit to and pass a police background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen.
