Job Summary:
Indel Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Corporate Counsel to join our Team, 100% on-site in Rancocas, New Jersey, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Indel Services, LLC is a service organization for a large group of manufacturing companies. This Assistant Corporate Counsel will report directly to the Corporate Counsel of Indel Services, LLC. and is responsible for assisting with legal management of Rockbridge Technologies, LLC and its subsidiaries.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, edit and consult with Rockbridge companies on legal documents, including but not limited to, terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements, purchase orders, supply agreements and service contracts.
  • Legal research as needed/requested
  • Provide analysis and legal advice related to U.S. export control regulations to ensure compliance and address inquiries from Rockbridge companies when necessary.
  • Handle low-level contract and legal disputes over past-due invoices, warranty claims and facility access agreements.
  • Review creditor bankruptcy court notices, gather account information for Rockbridge companies, prepare and file proofs of claim and provide general advice regarding bankruptcy claims.
  • Assist and advise on corporate governance matters including by-laws, articles of incorporation, meeting minutes and unanimous consents.
  • Assist and advise on real estate/environmental matters, or local permitting related to property owned by Rockbridge, domestically.
  • Other legal duties as directed by Corporate Counsel.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent command of the English language for a variety of verbal and written communications, including presentations, reports, meetings and correspondences.
  • Requires the ability to express complex ideas in a coherent, articulate and persuasive manner.
  • The ability to interpret all matters that confront Rockbridge companies in a legal context.
  • Ability to prepare and monitor projects and prepare periodic summaries of litigation and litigation reports.
  • Skills in negotiations
  • The ability to communicate in writing and verbally with extreme effectiveness.
  • Highly effective human relations skills are required.

Education and Experience:
  • A Law School degree and bar membership along with three (3) years of legal experience in a Corporate or Law Firm Environment.

Physical Requirements:
  • Have a neat business-like appearance.
  • Able to read printed word, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Able to bend and reach, sit for long periods of time, and able to traverse the building.

Salary:
Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications.
Salary Range: $100,000 -$110,000/annually
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.

Must be able to satisfactorily complete the Indel Services, LLC hiring process requirements, which includes drug testing, and a background check.
