Position: CORPORATE RECRUITER

Department: Training and Development

FLSA Status: Exempt

Reports to: Manager of Training & Development


POSITION SUMMARY FOR CORPORATE RECRUITER:

• The primary objective of this position is to identify, screen, interview, submit, and place qualified candidates to meet our Corporate hiring needs.


RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CORPORATE RECRUITER:

• Utilize strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools

• Match candidates’ strengths with our internal requirements by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

• Work with Managers to identify top candidates and specifically qualify candidates for client openings, target skill sets, key market segments, and anticipate client staffing needs

• Communicate effectively with others and embrace diversity of thought to create a productive environment

• Maintain relationships within the industry to provide awesome customer service, gain industry knowledge, and obtain referrals

• Assist new employees with onboarding paperwork

• Perform other duties as requested.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR CORPORATE RECRUITER:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, communication, sales, or business)

• Minimum 3.0 G.P.A.

• A desire to build relationships with universities and candidates and to stay abreast of the latest sourcing techniques

• Prior experience in a Recruiting, Human Resources or Customer Service field
