Wynn Las Vegas is in search of a brilliant Crisis Management Specialist (CMS), in close collaboration with the Assistant Director of Crisis Management in Corporate Security, this position is to provide administrative, program, and analytical support to the Crisis Management and Response (CMR) corporate security division

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing support pertaining to all realms of corporate security crisis management in the areas of preparedness, prevention, disruption, response, mitigation, and recovery efforts from any "All-Hazards" event.
  • Creating and maintaining logs containing confidential information, writing reports, conducting statistical analysis, and presenting information in a briefing setting and training classes.
  • Gather, analyze, and evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as databases, information systems, security reports, iView system, in person interviews and open-source research.
  • Assigned as lead on a variety of projects, programs, training modules and preparedness drills.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative support
  • Exposure to Corporate Security Crisis Management & Response is highly desired
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, ability to communicate, read and write in English in a professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize, pivot, troubleshoot and recover in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Present a well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Applies good judgment, works efficiently within a team and keeps superiors informed
  • Open-minded and willingness to learn new processes, concepts, and ways of approaching analysis
  • Effectively work in stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Possess a positive, "whatever it takes" attitude
  • Natural problem-solver
  • Detail oriented and curious

  • This is an in-office position at our Las Vegas Nevada property - remote and/or telecommuting is not available
