Part-Time with Perm Potential

What if your office was the fitness floor of one of the most recognized pharmaceutical companies on the planet?


We are placing a Fitness Specialist within the corporate wellness center of a global biopharmaceutical giant , and for the right person, this contract has a path to permanent.

16 hrs/week, 4 hrs/day

Typical Schedule:

  • Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Hours may flex across shifts to serve the full manufacturing workforce
  • Occasional Tuesday through Friday schedule possible

What You Will Do

You will be the energy behind a corporate fitness center that serves employees across a major manufacturing and research campus. Your job is to make movement contagious.

  • Engage fitness center members on the floor, in one-on-one sessions, and in group class settings
  • Lead 3 or more group exercise classes per week
  • Deliver fitness assessments and design personalized exercise programs
  • Run motivational programming and wellness outreach initiatives to get more employees moving
  • Maintain fitness center equipment, cleanliness, and operational standards
  • Handle membership administrative functions and general fitness center operations

Requirements

  • ✔️ Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a closely related field
  • ✔️ Personal Training certification from a nationally accredited organization (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, NCCA, or equivalent)
  • ✔️ Experience leading group fitness classes
  • ✔️ Comfortable working across variable shift times to serve a manufacturing workforce
  • ✔️ Available July 27, 2026 start date

  • Group exercise certification (Les Mills, SPIN, yoga, HIIT, or similar)
  • Experience conducting fitness assessments and writing individualized exercise prescriptions
