About the Role Join a fast-growing Tax mitigation law firm as our Corporate Sales/Account Executive for Wellness Pro. You'll drive the expansion of Wellness Pro's next-gen healthcare benefits platform revenue, manage high-quality leads, represent us to carriers and marketing partners, and keep our operations running smoothly through strong CRM and administrative oversight. You will manage the entire B2B sales cycle-from prospecting to closing deals-helping employers lower their organizational costs while empowering their workforce with seamless, top-tier healthcare benefits.
What You'll Do
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small-to-enterprise-level American corporations.
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery calls with HR executives, CFOs, and business owners to understand their current benefits structures and highlight how Wellness Pro reduces medical costs.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and live demonstrations of the Wellness Pro employer dashboard and intuitive employee app.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder corporate sales environments, handling objections around plan restructurings, tax considerations, and legal alignment.
  • Track lead performance and optimize campaigns using data and analytics.
  • Ensure all client and transaction data is accurately entered and verified in ZoHo CRM.
  • Generate an average growth of 1,000 new members per month on an annual basis for the Wellness Pro program.

Requirements
What You Bring
  • Proven experience 3-5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, corporate wellness, health insurance, or employee benefits.
  • Familiarity with employer benefit structures, tax-advantaged healthcare programs, or preventive corporate care is highly preferred.
  • Strong CRM skills (ZoHo preferred) and comfortable pitching a technology-driven health product.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and closing skills, with a track record of selling directly to C-suite executives (CFOs, CHROs).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
