We are looking for a Learning and Development Partner to support our Corporate Group.

As a Learning and Development Partner, you will work directly with Corporate Group leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate these priorities into talent needs. As a result, you'll be accountable for driving the Learning & Development (L&D) agenda to include partnering with the HR Director and HR Business Partner, identifying talent development priorities, crafting, and communicating solutions which satisfy the goals of the business.

As the Learning and Development Partner, you'll be accountable for the development of programs and development solutions which drive measurable progress for our talent across the Group. You will act as the subject matter expert to your stakeholder community leading L&D strategy and supporting key talent processes including talent reviews and performance management.

You will take the lead on enterprisewide performance management and talent review processes, ensuring consistent execution and continuous improvement. By advancing these frameworks, you will maximize business impact, elevate talent insights, and strengthen our culture of accountability and high performance.

You will work a hybrid schedule, at our facility in East Aurora, NY.

To be considered for the Learning and Development Partner, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Typically, a bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • At least seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in Learning and Development, to include leadership development.

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.

  • Exceptional communication skills, including giving formal presentations and facilitating training.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Must be willing to accommodate travel, both domestic and international, up to 10% as needed.

  • Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite.

As the Learning and Development Partner, you will:

  • Translate strategic plans into actions that deliver value through development activity.

  • Design and develop Corporate Group learning and career development solutions.

  • Lead the delivery of value-added training and development into the Corporate Group.

  • Work as a collaborative member of the L&D team to meet key talent priorities for Moog and assist in building talent bench strength across the Corporate Group.

  • Support the development of our next generation of leaders to include executives, senior leaders and our high-potential talent.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $120,000.00-$150,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
