Job description

This role is located in our Lee Summit, Missouri office. It is a full-time role for our organization supporting our IT Director. We run a virtual call center having to load data for our dialer and run data centric reports. Attention to detail is very important since we support multiple insurance providers. It will also include basic IT responsibilities. The role will be normal day work hours.
  • Tier 1 support position
  • Customer Service Skills, on the phone or in writing
  • Experience with Windows 10 or greater
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic connectivity issues with remote employees
  • Will learn to start and monitor daily production jobs
  • Enjoy problem solving
  • Self starter, able to work independently, decisive enough to know when to ask for help

This is an entry-level role for someone that wants to learn and grow with an organization. Recent graduates welcome to apply. Must be a US Citizen. In house position in Greater Kansas City Area
