  • The client is seeking a hands-on SAP Concur platform owner to independently administer the organization's Travel & Expense ecosystem and corporate card programs while driving compliance, reporting, and a seamless employee experience.
Job Summary
  • Serve as the sole administrator and platform owner for SAP Concur, including expense types, audit rules, workflows, and user access configuration
  • Own and manage the T&E and pCard modules, ensuring accurate expense reporting, policy compliance, and audit readiness
  • Administer the corporate card program, including card issuance, maintenance, credit limit changes, and closure across two card providers
  • Manage vendor and travel agency relationships, ensuring integrations with the Concur platform are maintained and optimized
  • Monitor corporate card transactions for compliance, resolve disputes, and support month-end close and reconciliation processes
  • Prepare and deliver spend, compliance, and risk reports, identifying trends and cost-saving opportunities
  • Conduct monthly new-hire Concur training sessions and manage a dedicated support inbox for employee inquiries
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3 years of hands-on SAP Concur administration experience as a sole owner or platform lead, not limited to expense submission
  • Demonstrated configuration experience, including GL codes, expense types, audit rules, and workflow management
  • Experience owning both T&E and pCard modules within Concur
  • Corporate card program management experience, including issuance, maintenance, and cardholder support
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to support C-suite stakeholders, accounting teams, and general employees independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office suite
  • Background in an enterprise-scale organization where the admin role required broader platform ownership and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP Concur implementation experience
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations and financial controls related to T&E programs
