Accounts Payable & Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Office Administrator to join a growing team in a hands-on, multi-faceted role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing accounting responsibilities with day-to-day office support and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Full-cycle Accounts Payable processing
Invoice entry, coding, and payment support
Vendor communication and vendor account management
Daily use of NetSuite (required)
Experience paying high volume (700-800 per day) invoices
General office administration and operational support
Managing office supplies, common areas, and routine office upkeep
Supporting overall office organization and administrative needs
Qualified candidates will bring a combination of AP and office administration experience, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Hands-on NetSuite experience (required)
Background in Accounts Payable and office administration
Experience within construction, property maintenance, facilities, trades, or related industries preferred
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working onsite and wearing multiple hats in a collaborative office setting
