About the Role:
Join our culinary team at Cornerstone Restaurant as an Experienced Linecook or Sous Chef! We are seeking passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to showcase their culinary skills while contributing to our vibrant kitchen culture. Candidate will work closely with our current chef & sous chef to ensure consistency and management of the kitchen. Ideal candidate will understand cooking procedures and have decent food knowlegde.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and development while ensuring food presentation is top-notch.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and communication.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold our culinary standards.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Adapt to changing menus and special requests with creativity and flexibility.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or Sous Chef with strong culinary skills.
