  • Maintain rigorous oversight of sales activities and performance, utilizing CRM and other technological tools to keep all client and sales data organized and accessible.
  • Work closely with both CORE and Business Development sales teams to ensure a fluid integration of leads into the sales process, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our pipeline.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of market trends and customer needs, adjusting our sales approach and value proposition to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Drive and inspire the team to surpass sales targets and KPIs, fostering an environment of achievement and continuous improvement.

Successful candidates will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution centers, or other industrial settings.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve new business acquisition goals.
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify operational challenges and propose impactful solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset, fostering partnerships with experts to enhance customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree; preference given to candidates with a background in Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution, or Industrial Automation.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on nurturing new customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Adept at critical thinking, actively listening to identify challenges and generate solutions.
