For more information, please visit our benefits page: https://careers.trihealth.com/what-we-offer/benefits Work Hours: Full-time, 80 hours bi-weekly Day shift Weekend and Holiday rotation Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Technology, Chemical or Biological Science (Required) 1 - 2 years' experience clinical in a related field (Preferred) American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) certification or American Medical Technologists (AMT) Required Position Overview This position is responsible for performing a full range of laboratory tests, confirming the accuracy of test results, and reporting laboratory findings to the doctors, pathologists, or other physicians

This position may work in any of the major areas of the laboratory: Transfusion Service, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology/Immunology, Toxicology, Special Chemistry and Fibrinolysis. This position operates and maintains a variety of laboratory instruments, utilizes laboratory computer system in performance of duties, maintains strict adherence to established policies and procedures, and works under the supervision of a general supervisor, but works independently. Direct supervision is not required for specimen processing, test performance or result reporting.
