Job Summary
Reporting to the Quality Manager the QC Lab Tech will conduct analysis of finished and in process samples for quality control. Examples – instrument calibration,
wet chemistry methods, data entry, sampling, prepare samples for shipping, and stocking supplies.
Schedule for this role is 3:00pm - 1:30am Monday - Thursday
Essential Responsibilities
  • Testing of in process and finished good materials by following test methods.
  • Calibrate testing equipment on regular basis.
  • Retain pertinent samples for 1 year.
  • Provide daily report on tested samples.
  • Request resamples from production when products are out of specification.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and working laboratory.
  • Maintain records relating to all quality activities as documented in SOP’s, test methods, reserve samples and batch related documents.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience working in a laboratory setting.
  • Minimum Associates degree preferred.
  • Computer literate: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, multi-task oriented.
