Join Our Team as a Quality Control Lab Technician - Drive Innovation and Ensure Excellence!

Are you passionate about science, quality, and making a tangible difference in the world? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Technician to be a key player in our pursuit of sustainability, safety, and innovation. In this critical role, you'll perform precise testing and analysis to uphold the highest standards of our products and processes, collaborating with talented professionals who are shaping the future of chemistry in everyday life.
Location: Painesville, OH
Pay rate: $25-27 per hour

What You'll Bring:

  • Associate degree in Chemistry or at least 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing laboratory.
  • Proficiency with analytical techniques such as physical property testing, wet chemistry, or advanced instrumental methods (GC, LC, ICP, NMR).
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, laboratory data systems, SAP, and LIMS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on producing high-quality, reliable data.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make independent decisions swiftly.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Professional interaction with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • Experience with LIMS and SAP QM modules.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001/14001 standards and internal auditing.
  • Hands-on experience with root cause analysis and Statistical Quality Control methodologies.
