Job description

Great opportunity to join a well-established organization in a hands-on quality laboratory role where you’ll perform bench testing, equipment calibrations, document results, and help ensure products and incoming materials meet quality standards. This position is ideal for someone looking to build their laboratory and quality experience while gaining exposure to a regulated manufacturing environment with strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Pay: $23-$26.50/hr + shift differential

Schedule:

  • Option1: Mon-Fri 11a-7:30p
  • Option2: Tue-Sat 11a-7:30p

Type of Job: Contract to Permanent

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Quality Control Lab Analyst (QC)Daily Tasks: What you will do:

  • Perform routine laboratory testing and analysis to verify materials and products meet established quality specifications.
  • Conduct bench testing using approved laboratory procedures and testing methods.
  • Accurately record, review, and enter laboratory test results into applicable systems and documentation.
  • Recognize results or materials that fall outside established specifications and escalate issues to appropriate quality personnel.
  • Perform routine calibration and basic upkeep of laboratory equipment.

 

Quality Control Lab Analyst (QC)Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or another scientific discipline preferred.
  • Previous laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or related technical experience preferred.
  • Comfortable performing hands-on testing and working with laboratory equipment.
  • Must not have food allergies due to the nature of the laboratory environment and testing performed
