Job Title: QA/QC Lab Technician

Pay Rate: $21/hr.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a QA/QC Lab Technician with hands-on experience in a manufacturing quality control lab environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods, ensuring all products meet established specifications. This position demands a strong focus on lab safety, accuracy, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical and analytical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
  • Inspect and evaluate incoming raw material and product samples.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including SAP transactions and quality records.
  • Communicate quality issues to relevant departments including Production, Maintenance, and Engineering.
  • Support compliance with all lab safety protocols and procedures, especially when handling acids and standard lab equipment.
  • Interact daily with plant personnel, including supervisors, operators, QA team members, engineers, and supply chain staff.

Qualifications:

  • College coursework or degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific discipline preferred.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing quality control or lab setting is highly desired.
