  • Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
  • Offer expertise in menu and food/beverage recommendations. Explain chef specialties, identify appropriate wines, and answer food preparation inquiries.
  • Accurately communicate orders to the bar and kitchen, track dietary needs and special requests.
  • Showing attentiveness to the guest table by delivering and removing dishes, refilling glasses, and fulfilling guest requests.
