Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our sales team and contribute to business growth. The role includes order processing and fulfillment, managing inventory, coordinating shipping and logistics, preparing sales reports, analyzing data, supporting sales initiatives, and providing administrative assistance. This role serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely communication and exceptional customer service while supporting the overall sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily sales coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Process customer orders accurately and coordinate order fulfillment from receipt through delivery.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze sales reports, tracking sales performance and key metrics.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
  • Assist with logistics and shipping coordination, including tracking deliveries and resolving shipping issues.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and order information in internal systems.
  • Assist with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
  • Coordinate sales initiatives, promotions, and other sales support activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scheduling meetings, and maintaining sales documentation.
  •  Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, customer service, or an administrative role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar ERP/accounting software preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or an administrative role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in the use of office equipment and standard office procedures.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
