SUMMARY: The Studio Coordinator is responsible for organizing schedules, priorities, documentation, reporting, findings, budgets, and follow-through for the Innovation Studio.
This role sits at the intersection of coordination, communication, AI-assisted organization, operational clarity, budget tracking, and team support. The ideal candidate can take moving pieces, shifting priorities, incomplete information, and operational details, then turn them into clear plans, useful updates, organized next steps, and reliable reporting.
This role requires someone who actively uses AI and emerging tools to accelerate planning, summarize information, improve reporting, track decisions, monitor budgets, and keep the team moving with speed and clarity.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
-Manage schedules, meetings, notes, action items, roadmap updates, and recurring team rhythms.
-Track priorities, blockers, findings, decisions, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams.
-Prepare clear weekly updates, summaries, reports, and leadership-ready communication.
-Use AI tools to organize information, summarize discussions, improve documentation, and reduce administrative friction.
-Support budget tracking, purchasing coordination, tool access, logistics, onboarding, and operational needs.
-Help maintain studio documentation so work, decisions, and lessons learned remain easy to find and use.
-Identify communication or process gaps, then suggest practical ways to improve flow and accountability.
-Coordinate with design, engineering, art, QA, tools, and leadership to keep work visible and moving.
-Adapt quickly as priorities change without losing detail, context, or follow-through.
-Use AI responsibly and thoughtfully, with awareness of quality, accuracy, data sensitivity, and communication standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
-Clear written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting information, and incomplete direction without becoming stalled.
-Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve organization, documentation, reporting, or communication workflows.
-Strong awareness of emerging AI capabilities and a proactive approach to learning and applying new tools.
-Attention to detail with the ability to separate important signal from unnecessary noise.
-Comfort working with creative, technical, and leadership stakeholders.
-Ability to create clarity, structure, and useful summaries from messy or fast-moving situations.

Preferred Requirements:
-Experience supporting game development, software development, R amp;D, creative, production, or technical teams.
-Experience with casino gaming, slot machine development, land-based gaming, or regulated gaming products.
-Experience creating dashboards, trackers, templates, automations, or documentation systems.
-Experience coordinating budgets, vendors, tools, onboarding, or team logistics.
