Named one of Evanston’s Best Restaurants by Eater Chicago, Inspired Indian is a fast-growing Indian food brand serving the Evanston/Northwestern community across four lines of business: our takeout lunch counter, catering for offices and Northwestern events, the H/eat at Home weekly meal plan, and a national spice kit line. Our menu blends traditional Indian flavors with creative twists — think Paneer Tikka paninis, Bombay Wraps, and other crave-worthy handhelds. We pride ourselves on quality ingredients, warm hospitality, and a work environment where team members are valued and respected.
Duties
  • Assemble and griddle sandwiches and wraps to order during our busy lunch rush
  • Assist with catering orders for offices and Northwestern events
  • Package and label refrigerated entrees for our H/eat at Home meal plan
  • Prep and portion fresh ingredients daily, maintaining food safety standards
  • Keep workstation clean, organized, and stocked during service
  • General kitchen prep and light cleaning at shift end
