Job description

Are you an experienced, Corporate Contracts Paralegal, experience in the consulting, marketing, and IT industry. We are looking for an excellent paralegal who is highly motivated and proactive with their caseload. This is an amazing opportunity for a self-starter who is looking for long term contract work or temp to hire for the right candidate. This opportunity is a temp to hire the right candidate. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Corporate Transactional experience in the state of Arizona.
  1. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience with contracts, negotiating terms, editing, and negotiating contracts, black/redlining, and drafting agreements.
  2. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing signatures on contracts, assisting clients, and completing document transactions.
  3. MUST HAVE A PARALEGAL CERTIFICATE
  4. 3+ years of contracts experience
  5. Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills
  6. Solid time management skills
  7. Hourly pay rate is $30-40 hourly depending on experience.
  8. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k eligibility
