NOW HIRING! Litigation Paralegal

Pay Rate: $30–$35/hour

Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm


Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys with litigation matters, including discovery, records management, and trial preparation. This role involves hands-on case support in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and summarize medical and case records
  • Prepare and track subpoenas and document requests
  • Assist with discovery, including document organization and production
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, and third parties
  • Support expert witnesses and independent medical exams
  • Prepare trial materials, exhibits, and summaries
  • Conduct basic research and investigations
  • Draft correspondence and maintain accurate time entries


Qualifications

  • Prior litigation paralegal or legal support experience
  • Strong document review and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively
