Production Team Associate
Mesco Manufacturing Group is a premier CNC machining, contract manufacturing, and assembly company with a commitment to precision and excellence.
  • Mesco Manufacturing Group is booming and is seeking to direct hire full-time production team associates to complete our 2nd and 3rd shifts.
  • Eligibility for benefits 1st of the month after completion of 60 days
  • Simple IRA account with 100% company match up to 3% of your wage
  • Pay increases every 6 months for first 2 years

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Meet or exceed standards
  • Monitor operations to maintain product quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Document production data, production output, and quality control results.
