Overview:
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (Local Candidates Only)
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CLM Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiative. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Conga CLM, strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, and proven success delivering enterprise-wide contract management transformations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the CLM initiative, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and manage project progress to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Procurement, IT, and Operations teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders.
  • Address concerns proactively and maintain strong engagement across departments.

3. Vendor Management
  • Lead selection and management of CLM solution vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and project specifications.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and vendors.

4. Process Optimization
  • Analyze and optimize contract management processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and execution.
  • Implement CLM best practices to streamline workflows across the contract lifecycle.
  • Enhance monitoring and reporting capabilities.

5. Training & Change Management
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end users.
  • Drive adoption through structured change management strategies.
  • Address resistance and promote smooth transition to new CLM systems.

6. Quality Assurance
  • Establish QA processes to ensure data integrity, compliance, and system accuracy.
  • Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain governance standards within the CLM environment.
