Senior Workato Integration Lead โ€” Contract (Remote | Oregon)

Engagement Type: Contract (W2 or C2C) | Location: Fully Remote โ€” Oregon candidates welcome

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Strategy & Governance: Serve as the SME for the WORKATO and/or Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), defining global strategy for recipe architecture, security frameworks, and lifecycle orchestration between Reltio MDM and core enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake).
  • High-Performance Architecture (Batching): Architect and deploy high-efficiency recipes leveraging Batch Action patterns (e.g., Bulk Upsert/Search) to maximize data throughput.
  • Operational Cost Optimization: Drive a cost-reduction strategy by refactoring legacy iterative "For Each" loops into batch-oriented workflows, significantly lowering platform task consumption.
  • Full-Lifecycle Recipe Engineering: Design and build complex, event-driven automation flows utilizing advanced trigger logic, Ruby based formulas and multi-step error handling to ensure resilient data exchange.
  • Data Pipeline Orchestration: Build and scale robust, real-time and scheduled ETL/ELT pipelines. Oversee complex data mapping and transcoding (RDM) within the integration layer to ensure high-fidelity data movement into the MDM Golden Record.
  • Monitoring & Operational Intelligence: Monitor system health and job performance via centralized dashboards. Proactively manage the Task Consumption Budget and implement automated recovery logic for failed integration jobs.
