Peter Boulware Toyota is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist callers through the claims authorization process for vehicle collision repairs. This role involves engaging with customers to provide detailed information about our products and services while effectively addressing and resolving any complaints. The primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders through clear, professional communication and a comprehensive understanding of our company's offerings.
Responsibilities
