Job description

Peter Boulware Toyota is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist callers through the claims authorization process for vehicle collision repairs. This role involves engaging with customers to provide detailed information about our products and services while effectively addressing and resolving any complaints. The primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders through clear, professional communication and a comprehensive understanding of our company's offerings.
Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through the claims authorization process related to vehicle collision repairs.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to support customer needs.
  • Provide superior customer service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: Automotive, Mechanical, Collision, and Appearance.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
