Rate: $45/hour (1099)

About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Project Manager to support and drive project execution across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience who can manage smaller projects independently while supporting larger initiatives led by senior team members.

Responsibilities
  • Support end to end project delivery from kickoff through completion
  • Manage timelines, task tracking, and coordination across teams
  • Lead smaller projects or workstreams with minimal oversight
  • Provide status updates, reporting, and communication to stakeholders
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when needed
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables stay on track
  • Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and drive follow ups

Requirements

Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay accountable to deadlines
