Job description

Payroll Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant to provide backfill support for the US ADP Workforce Now (WFN) payroll team while a team member transitions to another internal project. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on payroll processing experience, minimal ramp-up needs, and the ability to quickly integrate into an established team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process and validate US payroll for approximately 2,000 salaried employees.
  • Ensure accuracy in employee records, tax withholdings, and deductions.
  • Collaborate with the existing payroll team (3 US-based and 1 international member) to maintain compliance and timely processing.
  • Reconcile payroll data, run reports, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support audits and respond to employee payroll inquiries as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of US payroll laws and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal training.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.

Duration

This is a contract consulting opportunity starting ASAP with an initial duration through June 2026.
