Bangs Laboratories

Bangs Laboratories experience in microsphere synthesis and fine particle analysis have established us as a leading manufacturer of polymer, silica and magnetic microspheres for diagnostic, research, and flow cytometry applications. We also manufacture many specialty products to support validation and QC programs for analytical instruments, including a broad portfolio of fluorescent, count, size, and cell viability standards.

This position is responsible for all aspects of Contract Packaging.   This includes dispensing, packaging and labeling of our Custom and OEM products.

  •  Operating and maintaining automated dispensing and labeling equipment
  • Follow all ISO documents as written.
  • Update procedures for existing dispensing equipment as needed.
  • Operate dispensing equipment, supporting filling, capping and packaging activities.
  • Labeling pre-dispensed materials
  • Returning bulk material to their locations.
  • Assisting in routine inventory checks of dispensing supplies.
  • Washing bottles and glassware.
  • Prioritize daily tasks to meet production schedules and targets.
  • Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of dispensing area
  • May assist in some shipping duties when necessary
  • Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures

Qualifications

Education Required:
High School Diploma/GED                                              

We seek someone with keen attention to detail, thoroughness, and time management skills. Must be able to communicate verbally with internal customers and external shipping carriers. Shipping experience is helpful but not necessary. Must be computer literate, have high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to lifting 25lb on a routine basis.
