About the opportunity

As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties supporting the daily operations of our business. You will review the accuracy of client information entered in our systems, generate contracts, facilitate the disbursement and collection of funds, register, and monitor collateral. You will also act as the first point of contact to handle any of our clients inquiries. You will be detail-oriented, be able to work under tight deadlines, and will take a customer centric approach.


Responsibilities

  • Create & send contracts to clients in a timely manner.
  • Create client accounts, for our financial products in our systems.
  • Handle customer service calls and cases.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with other departments as needed to resolve issues.
  • Enter our clients daily sales into our system.
  • Monitor client processing logins that are problematic.
  • Post, review and validate returns with clients via email & phone.
  • Follow up with the sales team for missing documents required for funding.
  • Ensure the compliance of data entered in the proprietary system.
  • Monitor and update collateral information to ensure accuracy.
  • Prioritize and manage own workload to complete and deliver transaction processing or other processing activities accurately and promptly.
  • File and maintain incident management tickets for questions, service requests, issues, and system change requests.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks and other requests from the Manager of Operations.
