Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche Chef de service aux Operations (h/f) pour rejoindre notre equipe des operations basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

Vous ferez partie de l'equipe des operations chargee de l'assemblage de l'A220.

L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre profil:


  • Vous avez de l'experience dans la gestion d'une equipe de superviseurs dans un environnement manufacturier (l'environnement aerospatial est un avantage).

  • Vous maitrisez la langue francaise (le bilinguisme est un avantage)

  • Vous avez une comprehension des principes de la production a valeur ajoutee

  • Vous avez de solides competences en communication

  • Vous avez une aptitude a planifier et a organiser pour assurer l'atteinte des resultats

  • Vous avez l'esprit d'entreprise

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking an Operations Manager (m/f) to join our operations team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.

You will be part of the operations team responsible for A220 assembly.
