Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Contract Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will support contract administration activities with a strong emphasis on reporting, database management, and maintaining accurate contract records.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Administer contract records, files, and documentation to support day-to-day contract operations.

  • Maintain and update contract databases, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports related to contract status, modifications, deliverables, and compliance.

  • Track contract actions, milestones, and reporting deadlines to support timely execution.

  • Review contractual data and documentation for accuracy and proper recordkeeping.

  • Support the preparation, routing, and tracking of contract modifications and other related documents.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather, verify, and organize contract-related information.

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, database integrity, and document control practices.

What Required Skills You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field and typically 3+ years of contract administration experience.

  • Strong reporting skills with the ability to compile, analyze, and present data accurately.

  • Experience with database management and maintaining detailed electronic records.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and other data tracking systems.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication abilities.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring

Salary Range: $63,600.00 - $111,300.00
