Team Overview

The team sits within Digital Transformation (TruOps) under Global Operations and is responsible for enabling the quote-to-order process, supporting Sales, Pricing, Legal, and downstream systems. They own the tools and platforms used to convert customer proposals into executed contracts and orders, with a strong focus on process optimization and future state transformation. The Product Manager, CLM role will specifically own the contracting and CLM capability as part of this broader ecosystem.
This role reports directly to the Vice President - Business Operations Division. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

  • This role exists to deliver advanced Contract Lifecycle Management capabilities that support enterprise contracting and the endtoend QuotetoDelivery process.
  • Serve as the business owner for CLM establishing longterm strategy, vision, roadmap, and maturity model aligned to Revenue Operations Governance and Global Operations priorities.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, stakeholder input, regulatory requirements, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive delivery of CLM functionality that improves contract generation, negotiation, execution, obligation management, reporting, and analytics, with a focus on automation, integration, and AI enablement.
  • Act as the bridge between business operations and technology teams, ensuring requirements are translated into effective and scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate delivery across Business Analysts, Business Administrators, technology development resources, system integrators, and software vendors.
  • Ensure CLM roadmap alignment with broader QuotetoDelivery initiatives while meeting evolving business needs, legal requirements, and global operating considerations.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, required to support enterprise product ownership and governance responsibilities.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management, contract operations, legal operations, procurement, or enterprise systems delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience leading business ownership of enterprise platforms or digital capabilities, including roadmap development and backlog prioritization.
  • Strong understanding of endtoend contract lifecycle processes and associated business, legal, and compliance risk considerations.
  • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and influence senior stakeholders across Legal, Sales, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Technology.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) with experience delivering in an agile environment.
  • Experience gathering business requirements tied to Salesforce, or willingness to learn Salesforce standards and governance practices.
  • Ability to clearly articulate business needs, priorities, and success metrics to implementation and technology teams.
  • Experience with DocuSign CLM and Salesforce platforms preferred.

CLM Strategy & Capability Delivery

  • Own the CLM vision, strategy, and roadmap, including AI-enabled contracting capabilities and end-to-end lifecycle support
  • Lead demand prioritization and delivery of CLM functionality, integrations, data architecture, and process improvements

Governance & Operating Model

  • Establish and manage CLM governance, standards, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with Revenue Operations
  • Ensure solutions support global, end-to-end contract processes with upstream (quoting) and downstream (billing) considerations

Stakeholder Management & Change Enablement

  • Serve as the central point of coordination across Legal, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, Risk, and IT
  • Drive alignment, communicate roadmap and progress, and partner with change teams to ensure adoption and value realization

Vendor & Technology Partnership & Delivery Leadership

  • Manage CLM vendors, licensing, renewals, and system integrator engagements to maximize ROI
  • Partner with IT, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to translate business needs into delivered technical solutions

Pay Scale Information:The U.S. base salary range for this position is $100,100.00 - $150,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
