Job Description: Our client is seeking a driven and efficient National Sales Director to develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed client’s expectations. This individual’s purpose is to establish and build relationships with potential and existing customers through new business development. This individual should be strategic and engaging, and will play a key role in the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

●        Prospect for, uncover, and qualify new business opportunities in the trailer leasing space within a designated territory.

●        Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel of all levels in prospective and existing major accounts.

●        Exemplify company values by providing exceptional customer service both internally and externally.

●        Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

●        Develop a fundamental understanding of the company’s service offerings, then identify and leverage compelling new business entryways for targeted outreach.

●        Deliver personalized business solutions to drive value for new customer accounts and verticals.

●        Execute sales plans to meet performance objectives and exceed customer expectations.

●        Craft personal, strategic, and valuable messages that engage clients through email and during sales meetings.

●        Strategize, create, and deliver compelling, solution-focused client presentations.

●        Seamlessly coordinate between clients and various internal teams to ensure a productive and smooth client experience.

●        Serve as an imperative point of contact for customers, develop rapport, and maintain consistent communication by email, phone, video calls, and/or face-to-face visits.

●        Meet and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives, including prospect engagements and closed deals. 

●        Maintain a high degree of professionalism, communication, cooperation, and coordination with multiple internal departments.

●        Skillfully navigate client questions and concerns, providing actionable solutions, and escalating to management where necessary.

●        Proactively manage personal sales pipeline and record sales activities to maintain the quality and accuracy of data in CRM.

Experience:

●        BA/BS Degree in a relative discipline or related relevant experience.

●        5-7+ years of sales experience in a similar function.

●        Knowledgeable and experienced in trailer and / or power leasing, and is currently immersed in the trailer/chassis industry.

●        Self-starter with experience establishing and building strong long-term relationships and a successful track record in revenue-generation.

●        Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

●        Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

●        Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written.

●        Persuasive nature with strong problem solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.

●        Technologically savvy, demonstrating proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the Internet.

●        Strong work ethic, competitive nature, and passion for selling and commitment in a high-performing sales organization.

●        Enjoy and thrive working in a no-excuse, highly accountable environment with other similarly motivated individuals.

●        Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
