In Order to work with the ELEVI Team you need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Five (5) years of work experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point; and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Five (5) more of administrative support experience to include developing correspondence, providing customer service, scheduling, and filing documents.
  • Three (3) years or more of work experience in any of the following areas or equivalent fields: contracts, administration, finance, and/or program administration.
  • Three (3) years or more experience with Contract administration
  • FSP Clearance required

Desired Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 10 years of work experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point; and Adobe Acrobat.
  • 10 years of administrative support experience to include developing correspondence, providing customer service, scheduling, and filing documents.
  • 6 years of work experience in any of the following areas or equivalent fields: contracts, administration, finance, and/or program administration.10 years contract admin exp

The CSA shall demonstrate professional oral and written communication skills in order to convey information clearly and concisely; have technological skills necessary to perform the SOW CSA tasks; possess strong organizational and time management skills; have a basic understanding of the contracts process; take initiative to learn responsibilities; manage tasks and responsibilities independently; and demonstrate attention to detail in order to minimize clerical errors and mistakes.
Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
